Template:CPPS Infobox New Club Penguin is an AS3 CPPS owned by Jonas. It has gained over 500k registered users and the discord server has over 42k members.

The game offers everything that was offered in the original Club Penguin and more, including lots of custom features such as more items, rooms, parties, puffles, mascots, stamps and even games.

It has official in game and discord language support for Spanish and Portuguese alongside English, and also French support on the discord server.

History

The game began development in May 2020 and was released for closed beta testing on July 6 2020. Two days later, the game officially launched with a public Beta Party. The game quickly gained thousands of registered users throughout the Beta Party.

In November 2020, New Club Penguin became the first modern CPPS to have brought back Card-Jitsu Snow.

In response to the discontinuation of flash across many web browsers at the beginning of 2021, New Club Penguin released a downloadable client for the game on December 31, 2020. They also announced the development of the HTML5 web client, however it will only fully release once everything from the flash client is ported over.
